Article 4 - Presentation/Exhibition
To have the right to hang up your photos you must pay a fee of 20 euros for a maxi of 4 photos.
Photos size: minimum 20 x 30 cm,
** If you want only By E-mail or CD (3543x2362 pixels)

Article 5 - Identification
Each photo will be identified with a sticker pasted in the back of the picture, with the following information on it:
- author's first name and last name/surname
- address
- email (if possible)
- Photo's title
- place and date where the picture was taken (if possible)
- and the number must correspond to the registration/subscription form.
The registration/subscription form will be fully completed in capitalized letters and will be sent together with the artist's photos.

Article 6 - Participation Fee- Subscription
20 euros per exhibition space composed of 4 pictures. This fee must be paid when artists subscribe to the competition exhibition.

Article 7- Fees to return your photos
Only the pictures sent with a returning package already paid and already addressed to its' author address will be sent back to his/her author through the French Post Office. Authors will have the possibility to take back their photos by themselves at the exhibition final, on Sunday, if they told exhibition's organizers when they subscribe to the photo competition. If these rules are not respected, the pictures will be saved at the organizer'office during 3 months, waiting for the postage payment, and after that time they will be destroyed.

Article 8 - Responsibility
Even though all care will be taken when handling photos, organizers decline all responsibility in case of loss, robbery or deterioration and that, whatever caused it (please ensure that your photo packaging is rigid enough). This rule is also valid during the exhibition and when the photos are sent back to their authors.

Article 9 - Registration /Subscription
To register and participate in this event you must register online at the following email address: concours@fotosenpaysdoc.org . The organizers authorize themselves to create a pre-selection jury if the number of photography is too large. Organizers will have the right to eliminate all photos not conformed at the present regulation. All participants must ensure that their work won't harm the public opinion.

Article 11 - Emergency case
In emergency cases, the competition "Voyages " (Travels) could be changed, rescheduled, and cancelled (in this last case photos and registration fees received will be returned).

Article 12 -
Photos presented are at the entire responsibility of his/her author and must respect the rules of the image right legislation. All photos exhibited will be free of any constraint and must not, in any case, harm rights of any physical or moral person. Exhibition organizers will not be held responsible for any legal fight and possible contestation and subsequent.

Article 13 - The jury
The jury will be composed of professional and amateur photographers.
The jury's decision will ruled and will be final.

Article 14 - Awards
In each category, 2 diplomas will be attributed
- Jury's award
- Jury's absolutely love for an artwork ("coup de Coeur")
The public award will be given during the exhibition by the visitors' vote.

Article 17 - Usual clauses
Excepted if otherwise mentioned on the author registration/subscription form, photos might be reproduced for the exhibition's interest (poster, Internet)

Article 18-
The exhibition's benefits will be donated to Cantines Argentines Enfantines association. Created since 1991, this non profit humanitarian association helps to buy food for two kindergartens located in a shantytown of Buenos Aires.

Article 19-
Photos will have a minimum insurance (if your photos are of great value, please take your own personal insurance for them)

Article 20-
The participation at the competition/contest " Voyages " (Travels) implies that you accept the totality of the 20 articles of the present regulation.
